- 15% Gratuity
- 20% Gratuity for parties of 25 guests or more
- Gratuity returned to event host if expectations are not met

- Additional staffing fee for parties over 10 children: $50
- Additional staffing fee for parties over 20 children: $100
Restrictions:
- Event host is responsible for guest behavior
- Parents or guardians must monitor each sports room to ensure proper behavior
- Parents or guardians will not be served more than 4 drinks during a 2-hour event
